Service Description

HIIT is a form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is form of cardiovascular exercise. If you ready to take on some high intensity workout sessions, this is your class. Schedules are also posted weekly on our Facebook page.
